1. Key Rules & Timelines
We understand that travel plans can change. To provide maximum flexibility while managing our premium fleet, we adhere to the following cancellation windows:
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking start time are completely free of charge. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations made after the 24-hour window, a partial refund may apply, and a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental rate will be deducted.
2. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs if a customer fails to arrive at the designated pickup location or refuses scheduled delivery without prior communication.
In the event of a no-show, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued. We encourage clients to communicate any delays to our concierge team immediately.
3. Early Return Policy
If you choose to return the vehicle before the agreed-upon contract end date, please note that an early return does not guarantee a refund for the unused days.
Modifications to long-term or monthly rentals must be negotiated with our accounts team subject to the specific terms of the long-term lease agreement.
