- Hold a valid driving license (UAE license for residents; International Driving Permit for tourists where applicable).
- Provide all required documentation, including a valid Passport/Emirates ID and a credit card in the primary driver's name.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A reservation is considered officially confirmed only after full payment or the required security deposit has been completely processed and verified by our system. Quotes provided prior to booking are strictly subject to vehicle availability at the time of payment.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damages incurred, whether cosmetic or mechanical, will be assessed and billed according to the formal insurance policy and deductible limits outlined in the rental agreement.
5. Payment Terms
All financial liabilities must be settled prior to vehicle handover. This includes:
- Pre-authorization of security deposits strictly via credit card.
- Advanced payment of accumulated rental fees.
- Acknowledgment of additional post-rental charges (e.g., Salik/toll fees, traffic fines, fuel deficits, or excess mileage).
